We successfully executed the procurement, dismantling, shipping, and re-installation of a second tandem unit for a Sindh-based Sugar Mill, significantly enhancing the mill’s operational capacity to 15,000 TCD (Tons of Cane per Day). The machinery was carefully procured from Puerto Rico and transported through a highly coordinated international logistics process before installation and commissioning. This project required detailed planning, technical expertise, and precise execution to ensure seamless integration with the existing plant infrastructure. By successfully completing this activity, we achieved an estimated 60% cost saving on the second tandem, delivering substantial economic value while maintaining high operational performance and efficiency.
